Santrell Hart-Moreland, O.D.,M.P.H.

Dr. Hart-Moreland is an Atlanta native and graduate of Georgia State University. She obtained her optometry doctorate and public health master's degrees from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

She is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Georgia Optometric Association, and the National Optometric Association.

Dolly Rajamannar, O.D., M.P.H.

Dr. Rajamannar is a native of Illinois. She received her B.S.degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. She obtained dual degrees from the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry and School of Public Health. She completed her primary care/ocular disease residency at the V.A. Medical Center in Salisbury, North Carolina.

She is also a member of the Greater Atlanta Optometric Association, American Optometric Asoociation, and the Georgia Optometric Association.
